    With only 3D modeling, NC toolpaths are automatically created through 15 tools and machining processes according to the machining material and model scallop.

    By simulating the NC data created by CAM, it can be processed under optimal cutting conditions. Since the machining load is different depending on the shape, the optimum feed rate is given to each machining section to minimize machining time and tool breakage.

  • 3Step : Verification of Over/Less-cut

    It is possible to predict the area of the electric through the verification simulation of over/less-cut within a maximum precision of 0.01, and output the modeling of the STL file for the less-cut area.
